Are YuBi Bar products vegan?
Yes! Every YuBi Bar is completely plant-based and made in a 100% vegan facility.
No dairy, no animal products — just Yubi-licious goodness. Our bars are Vegan Society and Rainforest Alliance approved.
Are YuBi Bar products gluten-free?
Absolutely. All our bars are 100% gluten-free, making them suitable for coeliacs and anyone avoiding gluten.
Our manufacturing facility is a dedicated gluten-free site, which means no “may contain gluten” labels on any of our products.
Are YuBi Bar products halal?
All YuBi Bar products are suitable for anyone following a halal or alcohol-free diet. Our protein bars are 100% plant-based and, most importantly, delicious.
How much protein is in a YuBi Bar?
Our protein bars are packed with 10g of plant protein.
All of our products are also high in fibre and low in sugar — from as little as 0.3g of sugar per bar.
How many calories are in a YuBi Bar?
Our protein bars come in at under 100 calories each — which is exactly why we call them the 99 calorie snack.

What is the difference between YuBi Remix and Variety?
Our Variety box contains the original four YuBi Bar flavours: Cookies & Cream, Peanut, Speculoos and Caramel.
YuBi Remix features some of our newer flavours, so it's the one to go for if you've already worked your way through the classics.
How should I store my bars, and how long do they last?
Store your bars in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight — no fridge required.
Every bar is printed with a best-before date on the back of the wrapper.

I haven't received an order confirmation
Order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails are sent to the email address provided at the time of order.
Please check any other email accounts you use, then your spam and junk folders. If it still hasn't shown up, get in touch and we'll resend it.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We aim to dispatch orders same or next working day, so there's only a short window to make changes. if your order hasn't yet been dispatched, you can log into your account and make adjustments.
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and what you'd like changed. If the order has already been picked and packed we may not be able to amend it, but we'll always tell you where it's up to.
There's a problem with my order — what do I do?
We're sorry something isn't right. Drop us a message with your order number and, where relevant, a photo of the issue, and we'll get it sorted.
Do you sell in bulk or to businesses?
We do. Whether you're a gym, café, office or retailer, our wholesale team can set you up with trade pricing.

Delivery & Returns
Dispatch times, shipping costs, tracking and our returns policy.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day.
We send everything with Royal Mail and you should expect delivery within 2–3 working days. A shipping confirmation email and tracking number will be sent to the address you gave at checkout.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery to the UK and Channel Islands is £3.49.
Delivery is free on orders over £30. Shipping costs can vary by territory, and excess charges such as import sales tax may apply to certain postcodes.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Our online store ships to the UK and Channel Islands as standard. Available destinations and rates are always confirmed at checkout before you pay.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your parcel leaves us we'll email a shipping confirmation containing your Royal Mail tracking number.
If you have an account with us, you can also see your orders and tracking details by logging in.
My parcel hasn't arrived — what now?
First, check your tracking link and have a look in any safe places or with neighbours.
Royal Mail parcels can't be treated as delayed or misplaced until 7 working days have passed since leaving our facility. If you're past that point, contact us with your order number and we'll chase it up.
Please also double-check the address on your order confirmation — we can't cover costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Can I return my order?
Our products are subjectively appreciated consumables, so we can't offer refunds or returns simply because a flavour isn't to your taste.
Non-defective, unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery with all original product in original packaging and your invoice or receipt, for a refund minus the original delivery charge. Return postage is covered by the customer.
If the return is the result of our error — an incorrect, defective or faulty item — we'll cover the return shipping, and you have 30 days to raise it.
I bought YuBi Bars from another retailer — can you help?
Purchases made through third-party sellers and retailers aren't eligible for returns or refunds through us. Please contact the retailer you bought from in the first instance.
That said, if there's a genuine quality issue with a bar, we'd still like to hear about it.
Subscriptions & My Account
Managing your recurring order, your details and your login.
How do YuBi subscriptions work?
Choose your box, select “Subscribe & Save” on the product page and pick how often you'd like it to arrive. We'll send a fresh box on that schedule and take payment automatically each time.
Subscribers save on every order — the exact saving is shown on the product page — and there's no minimum term, so you can skip, pause or cancel whenever you like.
How can I manage my subscription?
Use the subscription portal to take control of your plan. You can also reach it from the “Help Centre” section of the website footer.
Enter the email address associated with your subscription and you'll be sent access. From there you can change flavours, update your delivery date, change your payment details, skip an order, pause, or cancel.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time in the subscription portal — no phone calls, no forms.
Please cancel before your next renewal date, as orders that have already been charged and dispatched can't be reversed. Your upcoming renewal date is shown in the portal.
How do I change my delivery address?
For a one-off order that hasn't shipped yet, you can update the delivery address from your account — or email us straight away with your order number.
For a subscription, update the address in the subscription portal so it applies to all future deliveries.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes life easier: your orders, tracking and addresses are all saved in one place.
I've forgotten my password
Head to the login page and select “Forgot your password?”. We'll email you a reset link — remember to check your spam folder if it doesn't appear within a few minutes.
Discounts & Offers
Codes, YubiBucks rewards and ways to save on your bars.
How do I use a discount code?
Add your items to the cart, then enter your code in the “Discount code” box at checkout and hit apply. The saving will show in your order summary before you pay.
Codes can't be added after an order has been placed, so do check it's applied before completing checkout.
Why isn't my discount code working?
The usual culprits are: the code has expired, it's already been used, your order hasn't reached the minimum spend, or the code only applies to certain products or collections.
Check the terms it came with, and make sure there are no extra spaces when pasting it in. Still stuck? Send us the code and we'll take a look.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be applied per order. Codes also can't usually be combined with subscription savings or bundle pricing, since the discount is already built into those.
Do you have an affiliate or referral programme?
We do — the YuBi Affiliate Programme pays you to share the YuBi love. If you've got an audience who'd enjoy our bars, we'd love to hear from you.
How do I hear about new flavours and offers first?
Join our mailing list and follow us on social. New flavour launches, restocks and subscriber-only offers go out there before anywhere else.
