All orders placed before midday (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched same day. All orders placed after midday will be dispatched the next working day so please allow an extra day for your order to be delivered, we use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries, they do their best to get the deliveries to you on time however expect 2-3 working days including Saturdays.
Customers are responsible for ensuring full and accurate postcode and delivery details are provided; whilst we endeavour to scrutinise all labels going out, we cannot validate and verify every single address given, nor can we cover the costs incurred or compensate for delivery delays - the courier charges us either way.
At the present time we cannot consider Royal Mail parcels 'delayed' or 'misplaced' until 7 working days have past since leaving our facilities.
