How delivery works

You order
Place your order before 2pm Monday to Friday and it's dispatched the same day. After 2pm, it goes out the next working day.
We pack it
Your bars are hand-packed and sealed at YuBi HQ, ready to begin their journey to you.
Royal Mail collects
We send everything with Royal Mail. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as it leaves us.
It lands
Expect delivery within 2–3 working days. Please allow a few extra days at busy times.

Dispatch & delivery times

Orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched same day. All orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. We use Royal Mail for all deliveries and expect them to be delivered in 2-3 days. Please allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered.

Delivery costs & areas

We currently deliver to the UK & Channel Islands at a standard rate of £3.49. However, shipping cost may vary and potentially, excess charges many apply in certain territories/postcodes such as import sales tax.

We offer free shipping for orders above £30.

Getting your address right

Customers are responsible for ensuring full and accurate postcode and delivery details are provided; whilst we endeavour to scrutinise all labels going out, we cannot validate and verify every single address given, nor can we cover the costs incurred or compensate for delivery delays.
