They're either a flavour we've retired, a limited edition that's had its run, or stock that's closer to its best-before date than we'd normally send out. Nothing is wrong with them — same recipe, same quality, just no longer part of the core range.
Absolutely. Every bar is within its best-before date when it ships, and you'll find the exact date on each product card so there are no surprises.
Outlet items are covered by exactly the same returns policy as everything else on the site — being discounted doesn't change your rights.
Unopened, non-defective items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, with the original packaging and receipt, for a refund minus the original delivery charge. Return postage is covered by you.
If we've made a mistake — wrong item, or something arrives damaged or faulty — you have 30 days to raise it and we'll cover the return shipping. Just email info@yubibar.com with your order details.
One thing to flag: as our bars are food, we can't offer refunds simply because a flavour isn't to your taste. Full details on our Refunds & Returns page.
