02 · Protein-bar know-how
We know what makes
a good bar.
Texture
A softer way to enjoy it.
Soft enough to give. Chewy enough to savour. Getting the texture right is part of what makes a good bar — and the heart of our next chapter.
Mouthfeel
Smooth. Rich. Made to savour.
Caramel on top and a satisfying soft protein base work together. Flavour, texture and mouthfeel — brought into balance.
03 · Confectionery inspiration
So we explored
